We often think about organisations as a faceless emotionless monolith, but in reality, an organisation is simply a collection of individuals working toward a common goal. Now if your organisation is going to accomplish that goal, then you must treat your people with intentionality and care.
We are fully remote team, and it’s vitally important to me that I’m connected with and invested in each person.
So I’ve mounted this map in my office and placed pins in the locations of each team member.
Each morning when I arrive I like to think about and pray for the needs and future of each one.
While our customers are the only reason we can sustainably do what we do, those customers would never get served without this dedicated team, and I consider it my privilege to serve them.
